Cancel an appointment by tapping on the upcoming appointment in the mobile app. Hourly bookings will be refunded in the form of banked hours if they are canceled within 10 minutes of creation. After 10 minutes, hourly bookings are non-refundable.
Move a booking by first cancelling the original appointment and creating a new one.
